This weekly column was supposed to be a weekly column! Well, unfortunately it was not over the last couple of months because I have been extremely busy creating training content, delivering MSDN webcasts and creating How-Do-I videos. However, from now on I am back again on DotNETForDevices. And I want to take up a challenge. So how about this for the upcoming months? I would love to share a lot of free sample code with all of you. Sample code that actually works, unlike some of the sample code I have downloaded over the last few months from several websites. So here is the idea. Over the next few months I will develop a Windows Mobile application that contains a cool UI, a SQL Server CE database, Synchronization Services for ADO.NET, calling out to existing Web Services, being battery friendly and many, many more things. I would like to share my joy and my pain while developing this application with everybody, so I will create a number of videos (each of which will only take 10 minutes to watch and hopefully saves you tons of time while developing your own Windows Mobile applications). No matter how many videos it takes and no matter how long this project will last, I want to share my experiences while developing this application with everybody who is interested in it. It might be your starting point in developing great Windows Mobile applications that you might even be able to sell through the new Windows® Marketplace for Mobile. Just check out my blog regularly to find out when new content is available.
