The following links are relevant to all Embedded Windows developers:
Microsoft Embedded - The website of the creator of both Windows CE.NET and Windows XP Embedded
How-Do-I Videos for Devices - The location on MSDN where you can find tons of short videos, each covering a particular topic around developing for Windows Mobile Devices.
The Windows Mobile Developer Center - The one-stop shop for mobile and embedded application development
Compact Framework FAQ - An almost unlimited list of frequently asked questions and their answers
Windows for Devices - A website dedicated to the use of Windows operating systems targetted towards different devices
OpenNETCF.org - the web's central repository for information and open-source projects specifically targeting the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework.
Here are a few of my favourite blogs that might be of interest to anybody developing for devices:
Backstate at MED. Loke Uei Tan's blog that goes beyond mobile devices.
Rob Tiffany's Windows Mobile Accelerator. Also not limited to Windows Mobile development alone.
Steve Lasker's blog for all you want to know about SQL Server 3.5 Compact.
And of course the blogs of two of my friends who I am working frequently with together:
You can take it with you. This is the intriguing title of Jim Wilson's blog. Great to visit for follow up about Jim's Webcasts, but his blog contains much more, a wealth of information.
Constanze's Mobile Musings. Another interesting blog title, written by Constanze Roman. As Windows Embedded / Windows Mobile Community PM, she knows about the latest news first, so another one to check regularly.
